Vladamir Nikolas von Teshov is an old immortal, born in the country of Romania seven centuries ago during a dark age. He was cursed to become vampiric by a gypsy woman he wronged when she sought shelter in his keep, and he ordered his guards to turn her away. He is occasionally known as "The Acid Viper" due to his unusual power of acidic breath, which most vampiric beings are not known to possess. Vlad is primarily a loner, but not antisocial- he simply does not actively seek companionship. Vlad stands 5 foot 10 inches tall, and has wavy shoulder length jet black hair and piercing blue eyes. He tends to dress in whatever attire is appropriate for where he has found himself, in somber colors. More selectively moral than evil, he has been known to ally himself with whatever cause he feels attuned to at any given time.

He has an immortal companion, a fairly intelligent floofy cat named Glertner.

Currently, he is in the employ of the OSI and lives with his boyfriend (a scientist named Franco Smythe) and his boyfriend's partner-in-mad-science (Smedley Novus) in Whitetail Grove.
